A new arrival for MAKYBE this spring is the latest baby from their star producer Gold Anthem, the dam of global champion Starspangledbanner, who is currently having a break in preparation for further racing at the end of the year in either Hong Kong for International Day or in the US for Breeders Cup.
A bay colt by Redoute’s Choice, this youngster is the seventh consecutive foal for Gold Anthem who has not missed a beat since retiring to stud in 2003, her current yearling colt by Purrealist entered for the 2011 Magic Millions Sale on the Gold Coast.
Gold Anthem will be heading to Fastnet Rock for her next mating as will her first born daughter Gold Chant, who was retained by MAKYBE.
