Flying filly Corsaire debuted in fine style on Saturday winning the Merson Cooper Stakes to continue the winning tradition of MAKYBE bred racehorses.
This makes it two winners from as many starters from the MAKYBE two year old stock this season with her joining Starspangledbanner in the winners stall.
Bred and raced by Tony Santic, Corsaire is out of the Singspiel mare Crystal Choir, she a half sister to the Champion European mare Catella who won up to 2400m.
Next start for Corsaire is the Blue Diamond and her pedigree suggests her to be training on as a three year old.
Crystal Choir unfortunately will not have a representative at the yearling sales this season but MAKYBE will present nine yearlings at the upcoming Magic Millions Sale.
MAKYBE will present yearlings by leading sires such as Encosta De Lago, Zabeel, Flying Spur, Fastnet Rock and Royal Academy at the Magic Millions which will no doubt be following the winning tradition set by these two youngsters so far this season.
